When to use them
Stories are the format for closeness: behind the scenes, polls, questions, daily announcements, highlighting a collaboration. They disappear after 24 hours unless you pin them to your highlights.
Best practices
Keep important text in the middle of the screen: the top and bottom are partly covered by Instagram's interface. One idea per story, plus interactive stickers (poll, question, quiz) to get your audience reacting.
How to customise them
Open the template in Canva, adapt the colours and text, export as PNG, or MP4 if the template is animated, then add stickers directly in Instagram when you post.
