Privacy policy
This policy explains what data solennstories.com collects, why, and how to exercise your rights. The data controller is Solenn Cousin (hello@solennstories.com).
Data collected
- Contact form: name, email, message. This information is emailed to hello@solennstories.com through Resend and is not stored in a database. An automatic confirmation is sent to the sender.
- Newsletter: your email address, stored in our database (Supabase) to send the monthly newsletter.
- Course waiting list: your email address, stored in our database (Supabase) to let you know when the courses launch.
- Template kit unlock: your email address, stored in our database (Supabase) to give you access to the kit and email it to you. Your choice on the optional "receive news by email" checkbox (ticked or not) is recorded with the date, the wording shown, the language and the form page, so that your consent can be proven.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is collected with your consent (opt-in forms) or to answer your request (contact form). It is used only to reply to your messages, send the newsletter, tell you when the courses launch and give you access to the template kits.
For the template kit, your email is used to answer your request (access to the kit and delivery by email). News emails (new templates, newsletter) are only sent if you tick the dedicated checkbox, which is never pre-ticked. This consent is optional: it does not affect access to the kit and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@solennstories.com.
Who receives your data
Your data may be processed by our technical providers: Supabase (data hosting) and Resend (email delivery). These providers may be located outside the European Union and apply their own GDPR compliance safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure traffic and improve the visitor experience. Cookies are only set after your explicit consent, collected through a cookie banner (Tarteaucitron). You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie management link at the bottom of every page. The data collected is anonymised and kept for a maximum of 14 months, in line with CNIL guidance.
Retention period
Your data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@solennstories.com.
